California’s large, mandated, five-year behavioral DR pilot, Power Saver Rewards, a sub-group of the state’s Emergency Load Reduction Program, has auto-enrolled millions of residential customers since 2021. Evaluated in Spring 2023, Power Saver Rewards has undergone some implementation changes.
