This is a fast-paced survey class that provides a broad overview of load flexibility, taught by PLMA member experts. It includes ample time for questions, discussion, and ongoing interaction with the instructors. At the end of this class, you can request a PLMA Certificate of Completion.

Take this class if your knowledge of demand response, DERs, and load flexibility is at the beginner to intermediate level.

  6. Understanding Wholesale Markets
  7. Evaluation, Measurement and Verification

BONUS: Class Meetup at the PLMA Fall Conference: Tues, Nov 4 | 9:00 to 10:45 am 
For this Fundamentals class, PLMA will host a bonus 90-minute Meetup at the 2025 Fall Conference in Henderson, NV.


This informal session will provide an additional opportunity for instructors and attendees to meet and connect in-person to discuss additional questions from this live online class.  
It is available to class attendees who have also registered for the 2025 Fall Conference. 
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not able to attend the 2025 Fall Conference, you will still learn the full curriculum and will not miss any new content by taking this class.
