SRP’s EV Smart Charge Program leverages vehicle telematics and WeaveGrid's smart charging algorithm to understand and analyze grid reliability strategies using EVs as variable grid assets. With distribution-optimized EV charging, SRP has seen a reduction in timer peaks and load shifting into the early morning hours, plus peak EV load reductions of up to ~65% in some groups.
