This session will highlight the growing importance large commercial and industrial (C&I) customers are now paying to carbon accounting, reporting and adopting decarbonization solutions. We will present an overall industry landscape of policies, mandates, and initiatives focused on carbon mitigation which require attention from utilities and customers. This session will also showcase solutions and initiatives utilities and the C&I sector have adopted in response to decarbonization needs. We will discuss green power purchasing programs, renewable energy credits (RECs) and tools and data available for C&I customers that can help them with their carbon accounting and mitigation needs.
