In this hands-on workshop, PLMA's Customer Engagement Co-Chairs will first discuss the fundamentals of value proposition development. Then, Canadian utility, Newfoundland Power, will present a case study which focuses on an interesting EV customer engagement challenge that is constraining the roll-out of their EV pilot. Finally, attendees will work in small groups to address this customer engagement issue and will report out their ideas and recommended next steps to the utility.
